Shipping Rates
The shipment is done from Ukraine worldwide.

To send orders We usually use air delivery of the state postal service. This is the most optimal, reliable and not expensive method of international shipping.
Shipping cost is automatically calculated for each order based on several factors:
1) the country in which You live;
2) the currency exchange rate on the day of placing the order;
3) additional features of the postal service, which can be used according to Your wishes (e.g., delivery person, insurance of the contents of the parcel)
4) shipping method (air shipping or ground shipping method)

The time of delivery.
Our warehouses will not shipping on the following days: New Year's day, memorial day, Independence Day, labor day, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas day and every Sunday.
Usually delivery time to Europe, USA, UK or Canada is carried out within 7-21 days. Delivery speed depends on the speed of work of employees of postal and customs services of the recipient country.
In Australia or New Zealand delivery time 21-30 days.

All parcels have a tracking number, which We inform You after shipping it. All parcels are tracked on the website of UKRPOSHTA

on the territory of Ukraine.
Once the parcel pass the customs control of the recipient country and will be registered employees of the postal service of the recipient country, the capture process depends on the conditions of the international postal service shipping services in the country of the recipient on the website of the state postal service of the recipient country.

If Your parcel has not been delivered within 60 days, let us know. We according to the customer can write an Official letter request to the Directorate of the postal service with the requirement of the search of the parcel on the territory of the recipient country. An investigation search of the parcel to last 1-2 months. As a result We get an official response about the status and whereabouts of parcels.
If the parcel is lost by the fault of the employees of the postal service, We will refund You the cost of Your order.

We try to carefully pack all our parcels. But we are not responsible for the quality of work of employees of the postal service and quality of international shipping.

You can also select the shipping by private courier services - DHL, FedEx, UPS, PonyExpress. Shipping cost is calculated for each customer individually.

Within 14 days after receipt of the parcel the Buyer can return the goods if the goods were not in use.

All products on our site can have a personal engraving of Your design.

1. You have the unique opportunity to design personalization product that You liked. Just press CUSTOM DESIGN YOUR listing of goods that You like.

2. If You have no desire to create your own design personalizing.
Just write the text engraving on the item card. In a field NOTE FROM BUYER, please write the font for engraving and other Your requests and desires for Your order.
3. You also have the option to upload Your image, picture or photo that We can engrave for You on Your favorite product from our store.

4. Before adding item to CART, select the product MODEL and quantity of the goods that You need.

5. In the form Your order: please email Your postal address to implement delivery. As well as Your contact information, e-mail address so We can contact You to discuss the details of Your order.

6. Pay for Your order in a convenient way for You.

7. If Your order is Personalized, We will create for You a Digital Layout of Your engraving and send the layout to You for approval on Your email address.
After All Your order details are agreed, We will start working on creating Your order.

The order preparation time to ship is 3-5 business days.

8. After you submit Your order We will send You the tracking number of Your parcel to Your email.
