Delivery rates
Shipping is carried out from the USA worldwide.
We usually use USPS to send orders. This is the most optimal, reliable and inexpensive method of international delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically for each order based on several factors:
1) the country in which you live and the recipient's postal code;
2) additional features of the postal service that you can use at your request (for example, courier, insurance of the contents of the parcel)
3) Shipping Method (Air or Ground Shipping)
4) delivery time: if you need Express delivery in the shortest possible time, please let us know and we will offer you several different options and individual conditions for Express delivery

Our warehouses do not ship on the following days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and every Sunday.
Typically delivery to Europe, UK or Canada is within 6-14 working days. The speed of delivery depends on the speed of the postal and customs services of the recipient's country.
To Australia or New Zealand delivery time is 14-21 working days.
All parcels have a tracking number, which we inform you after dispatch. All parcels are tracked on the USPS website. After the parcel has passed customs control of the recipient country and is registered by the postal service employees of the recipient country, the capture process depends on the conditions of the international postal delivery service in the recipient country on the tracking website of the state postal service of the recipient country.
If your package has not been delivered within 60 days, please let us know. At the request of the customer, we can write an Official Letter of Request to the Directorate of the Postal Service with a requirement to search for the parcel in the territory of the recipient’s country. The investigative search for the parcel will last 1-2 months. As a result, we receive an official response about the status and location of the parcel.
If the package is lost due to the fault of the postal service employees, we will refund the cost of your order.
We try to pack all our parcels carefully. But we are not responsible for the quality of work of postal service employees and the quality of international delivery.
If you have any questions or problems with delivery, we are always happy to help.
You can also choose delivery by private courier services - DHL, FedEx, UPS. Delivery costs are calculated for each buyer individually.
Return Policy
Within 14 days of receiving the package, the buyer can return the item if it has not been used.

You can order unique handmade items on our website.
All items on our website can be personalized with your design.
1) To do this, simply write the engraving text on the product card. In the NOTE FROM BUYER field, please write the font to be engraved and your other requests and wishes for your order.
2) You also have the option to upload your image, picture or photo that we can engrave for you on your favorite item from our store. Upload the file in the ADD YOUR PICTURE field.
3) Before adding the item to CART, select the item MODEL and the quantity of the item you need.
4) In your order form: please send your mailing address and phone number for correct delivery. As well as your contact information, email address so we can contact you to discuss the details of your order.
5) Pay for your order in a convenient way.
6) If your order is personalized, we will create a digital engraving layout for you and send it to your email address for approval. Once all order details have been agreed upon, we will begin work on creating your order.
The time to prepare your order for shipment is 2-4 business days.
7) After the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number of the parcel to your email address.
